Before delivery: allow time for review
Finalise masters and artwork, document contributors and confirm that names and titles are spelled consistently. At delivery and launch
Submit accurate artist, contributor and language data. Keep the confirmation and identifiers. Once links appear, check the artist page, artwork, title, audio, credits and explicit-content label on the services most important to your listeners; availability and timing can differ by service.
Tell collaborators what links and approved assets to use. Coordinated, accurate communication is more useful than adding unverified claims about placements or earnings.
After launch
Archive the final assets and submitted metadata, then monitor reports when they become available. Note genuine corrections and the steps taken so the next release benefits from the learning.
